This role is responsible for driving performance optimization across PWF, Assembly (HBM, advanced packaging) and Test Operations by identifying improvement opportunities in output, cycle time, cost, and efficiency. It involves applying industrial engineering principles to enhance core manufacturing functions such as line management, production planning, scheduling and dispatching. Additionally, the role supports factory automation initiatives by exploring and implementing innovative solutions that streamline processes and reduce variability

Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze optimization opportunities within PWF, Assembly (HBM, advanced packaging) and Test operations. Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve production metrics and overall operational effectiveness. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects focused on process automation and streamlining operational workflows

Develop and deploy globally aligned operations management tools for real-time scheduling and dispatching. Act as a key player in implementing system solutions that support and advance factory automation initiatives. Participate in the development and training of modernization systems for Production and Engineering

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. Proficient in SQ
