The Construction Project Manager (Progressive Build) is responsible for leading multi‑phase construction activities at Micron’s Clay, NY campus. This role manages schedule, cost, quality, and safety from pre‑construction through commissioning while ensuring full compliance with Micron standards and regulatory requirements

The position partners with architects, engineers, contractors, and operations teams to deliver production‑ready facilities using digital tools and progressive‑build methodologies. While you may not possess all the skills listed below, we seek a team member eager to grow in technical breadth and depth. What’s Encouraged Daily: Lead multi‑phase construction projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality oversight. Coordinate with cross‑functional partners, contractors, and vendors to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and Micron EHS standards. Manage permitting, approvals, and interactions with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Utilize BIM, AI-enabled progress tracking, Procore, and other digital tools to drive project efficiency
