The Construction Project Manager (CUB) leads planning and execution for site development, underground utilities, and vertical construction across the Clay, NY campus

This role is accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and safety from pre‑construction through commissioning while coordinating with design teams, contractors, and cross‑functional partners. The position applies digital‑first construction methods including BIM, field automation tools, and AI‑enabled progress tracking to deliver production‑ready facilities.
