We’re looking for a Mining Technology Support Advisor to support and optimize our industry-leading MineStar technology suite. 👉 Important: This is NOT a traditional IT support role

Job Description: 🔧 What You’ll Do Serve as the go-to technical expert for MineStar solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and operational technology issues Support remote deployments, upgrades, and integrations Deliver training to customers and internal teams Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes ✅ What You Bring Diploma in a technical/engineering field Experience with IT systems, databases, or radio communications Exposure to mining
