<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p>[HR Talk]</p><p>GE헬스케어 생산 및 R&D 연구소에서 자재관리 담당자를 채용합니다. 자재 발주부터 공급망 관리까지 전반적인 업무를 담당하며 재고 최적화 업무 관련한 수요 예측, 프로세스 개선 및 자재흐름의 효율성과비용절감을 관리하는 업무를 주로 담당합니다. 유사한 업무를 해보신 경력자를 우대하며 신입도 지원가능합니다.</p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Key responsibilities include :</span></u></b></p><ul><li><h2><span>Take overall ownership of material ordering and availability across both local and overseas suppliers</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of material shortages/overages, and implement corrective actions</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Manage Phase In/Phase Out to minimize both fulfillment risks and obsolete materials</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Resolve material issues, including expediting or obsolescence processing</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Proactively adjust forecasting and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of material flow, and cost reduction</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Coordinate delivery requirements with freight forwarders and the local customs broker</span></h2></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><h2><span>Bachelor's degree or equivalent required</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Highly motivated and proactive, with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with problem-solving skills</span></h2></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><h2><span>Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related f
