## The impact you’ll make In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to plan and execute manufacturing operations that directly contribute to achieving the business's strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be a central figure in driving cross-functional alignment across departments such as OFM, engineering, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence ## What you’ll do * Own PM launch readiness, ensuring material, documentation, and constraints are cleared ahead of launch * Coordinate cross‑functional teams (MFG, PC, SCM, Engineering, OFM) to resolve shortages and blockers prior to launch * Decide and align on launch sequence and priorities based on readiness and business impact * Proactively identify material shortages and execution constraints impacting production * Partner with planning, supply chain, and engineering teams to drive timely resolution through alternative sourcing, expediting, or approved workarounds * Track and follow up on part shortages, borrowed materials, and special build dependencies to closure * Act as the single point of integration between manufacturing execution and planning functions during launch windows * Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets. * Maintain visibility of WIP status, progression, and location across the manufacturing floor * Monitor and manage priority builds to ensure customer and delivery commitments are met
