About this role
## What you’ll do * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as production, OFM, engineering, WH and quality assurance) to streamline manufacturing processes. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. * Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets
* MCSD/MCD risk assessment and prioritization of PM Completion Ship risk assessments to MCSD of tools in WIP. * Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion. * PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit
* Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices ## Who we’re looking for * Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. * Proven experience in manufacturing or production management
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. ## Preferred qualifications * Knowledge in SAP, Excel, Power Point and PowerBi. * Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English
