Manage full-cycle operations at the Tainan facility, ensuring effective coordination between Metallization, Probe, Warehouse, and Quality systems to support quick startup, structured ramp, and consistent high-volume manufacturing. Maintain strong operational results, system management, and adherence to quality standards in every function.
