## The group you’ll be a part of Business Finance ## What you’ll do Position Overview We are seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager to accelerate the execution and scaling of AI and automation across Finance. This role is responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes within defined Finance processes by redesigning workflows and deploying AI-enabled solutions

This role blends Finance process knowledge with strong AI and data fluency. It includes direct engagement with the CFO on priority requests and deliverables and drives implementation of generative AI and agentic AI solutions using a human-in-the-loop approach to ensure control and auditability. This role will serve as a driver for implementing new AI and automation solutions within Finance, focused on turning identified opportunities into production-ready solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance decision-making

This is a hands-on execution role, acting as a single-threaded owner for selected Finance transformation areas. The role partners closely with Controllers, FP&A, IT, and Data teams, and serves as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities 1\

Own Delivery of Priority Finance AI Use Cases • Serve as single-threaded owner for defined Finance transformation areas (e.g., process automation, controls, close activities, or transaction workflows) • Accountable for delivering measurable outcomes, including moving initiatives from pilot to full production deployment • Provide support on CFO-priority requests and deliverables, as needed 2\.
