<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><h2>What is the opportunity?</h2><p>The Compliance Manager, Compliance Monitoring supports the Head of Monitoring and Head of Compliance Oversight in fulfilling their responsibilities defined under the RBC Regulatory Compliance Management Framework. </p><p></p><p><b>Working hours : 9.00AM -6.00PM </b></p><p></p><p>What will you do?</p><ul><li>Assessing the adequacy of, adherence to, and the effectiveness of the day-to-day controls to manage regulatory compliance risk; and</li><li>Providing an opinion on the effectiveness of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) controls in achieving compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support development and execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including continuous improvements, enhancements, and efficiencies.</li><li>Design, evaluate, oversee and assess new and existing compliance monitoring tasks which may include regular and ad hoc reviews, to ensure they meet current and new regulations.</li><li>Support the activities of the Compliance team and champion the embedding of a compliance awareness culture throughout the business.</li><li>Design, evaluate, oversee and assess new and existing compliance monitoring tasks.</li><li>Carry out 2LoD monitoring tasks as required by the Compliance Monitoring Plan as well as other ad hoc project and reporting work which may arise. </li><li>Escalate and report any concerns identified to the Head of Compliance Monitoring, where possible providing plans/recommendations to mitigate risks/issues.</li><li>Ensur
