Job Description: Work with the maintenance planning team to develop and optimize preventive maintenance schedules that align with production requirements and equipment availability. Conduct maintenance planning and maintenance reliability functions as required to learn the site processed to identify areas of opportunity for efficiency improvements within maintenance planning and execution. Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify recurring issues and recommend reliability improvements

Collaborate with maintenance supervisors in the field to optimize workflow processes, reduce equipment downtime, and improve overall maintenance efficiency. Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. Support the optimization of condition-based monitoring technologies to transition from reactive to predictive maintenance strategies

Integrate within the production planning, maintenance, and reliability teams to provide recommendations for daily practices on site.
