<h1><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></h1>System engineer is an expert in system domain that leads team to an on-quality, on-time delivery to meet clinical/customer needs. He or she is expected to have domain expertise in at least two fields as listed: ultrasound physics, ultrasound algorithm design and simulation, beamforming, signal/image processing, image quality optimization, acoustic power control, new feature design and implementation. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p>tex</p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p>Key responsibilities/essential functions include:</p><p>• Responsible for algorithm design and optimization that continuously improves image quality to meet customer’s requirement.</p><p>• Responsible for ultrasound acoustic field and beam profile analysis, acoustic algorithm simulation, and acoustic power output control to meet IEC/FDA requirements.</p><p>• Responsible for scan sequence and signal processing algorithm simulation and design.</p><p>• Responsible for new algorithms design for new features and new applications.</p><p>• Responsible for system debug with HW/SW team to improve system noise and performance.</p><p>• Responsible for system clinical evaluation with internal/external customers and quick response to improve based on evaluation results.</p><p></p><p>Quality Specific Goals:</p><p>• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply for this job type/position.</p><p>• Complete all planned Quality
