The Lead System Engineer — Power Quality is a technically strong and commercially aware engineering role responsible for the selection, sizing, configuration and delivery of complex power quality solutions

The role spans the full project lifecycle — from initial customer engagement and proposal development through to technical delivery and continuous improvement — working closely with business verticals, platform engineering, supply chain and GE Vernova's global engineering community. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Lead the selection, sizing, and configuration of power quality based systems (like rotating stabilizer, STATCOM, etc.,) and related equipment. Selection and sizing of MV/ LV VSD based system on Oil & Gas will be an added advantage

Prepare and review technical documentation, calculations, drawings, and proposal inputs. Apply deep knowledge on key components like VSD, SFC, Transformer, Filters, Motor and other power system equipment's. Develop and review system SLD, protection SLD, layout preparation for large system projects

Perform System design and Analysis for VSD/SFC, power quality solutions across a range of industrial and utility applications Support Business Verticals in creating and reviewing (in conjunction with the leadership team) systems solutions as part of the ITO/OTR process, ensuring that solutions are technically fit for purpose and that technical risk is understood and managed with contingencies identified.
