Essential Responsibilities: Review the terms and conditions of prime contracts and ensure back-to-back compliance with the overall project execution; Draft and negotiate key subcontract agreements, MSA, SOW, NDA, Supply Agreements Draft formal notices and letters to GEV Customers, Subcontractors and Suppliers as required. Development, drafting, submission and negotiation of Claims and Variation Orders

Review and mitigate risks including identification of potential claims. Monitor the progress of all claims/variation orders to ensure that they proceed in accordance with contract/subcontract requirements. Lead and manage contract amendments from issuance to execution

Manage subcontract invoicing disputes through resolution. Other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6+ years of experience in Contracts Management, project management experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
