The Role The Internal Talent Recruiter sits within Global Talent Acquisition and plays a key role in enabling seamless internal hiring, movement, and relocation experiences across AMD. Acting as both a program owner and trusted consultant, this role partners closely with Hiring Managers, HR, TA Operations, and Global Mobility to ensure employee transitions are executed efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on candidate and manager experience. You will own mobility-related offer processes, proactively identify risks, and drive improvements across workflows—building scalable, compliant solutions that support internal talent movement and organizational agility
