Job Description Summary Are you an innovative, hands-on, and results-oriented Senior Robotic and Automatization Engineer ready to drive the future of product development and manufacturing within our Technology organization? We are seeking a experienced talented individual to serve as a crucial technical partner, supporting our R&D teams in implementing Design for Robotics & Automation (DfRA) principles and guiding our manufacturing sites through the successful deployment of robotic and automated solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into intelligent, automated solutions. You'll contribute across the entire automation lifecycle, from influencing early-stage product design through comprehensive DfRA assessments, to enabling robotic solutions for our product designs in a high variant, low quantity manufacturing environment
