Logistics & Systems Optimization Analyze and optimize logistics systems, material flows, and facility layouts to improve throughput, inventory health, and space utilization. Monitor logistics performance, conduct root cause analysis, and lead structured improvement initiatives. Design and validate facility and material flow concepts using AutoCAD and simulation-based analysis
Lean & Continuous Improvement Drive Lean transformation initiatives, including Kanban, Kaizen, and pull-based material management. Facilitate value stream mapping and continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams. Sustain improvements through standard work, visual management, and performance tracking
Analyze operational data to diagnose issues, evaluate solutions, and quantify business impact. Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and IT to align logistics solutions with business objectives. Influence stakeholders without direct authority using structured analysis and fact-based recommendations
Optimize MRP and inventory strategies while supporting scalable global logistics best practices. Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. Good command in English conversation Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations with hands-on process optimization. Solid knowledge of Lean Logistics principles (Kanban, Kaizen, value stream mapping, waste elimination). Proficiency in material flow analysis, inventory management, and MRP fundamentals
Experience with facility layout and material flow design using AutoCAD or similar tools. Strong data analysis skills to support fact-based decision making. Familiarity with high-mix or dynamic manufacturing and warehousing environments.
