In this global leadership role, you will partner with senior business, engineering, industrialization, supply chain, project, and services teams to embed quality across the full HVDC portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening quality culture, improving operational performance and driving product robustness, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable business impact across a complex global matrix organization. Reporting directly to the GSI Quality Leader and functionally to the HVDC Solution Line Leader, this is an outstanding opportunity for a senior professional who combines deep technical credibility with strategic leadership and a passion for continuous improvement

Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the HVDC Solution Line Quality strategy , aligned with business priorities, customer expectations, and growth ambitions. Drive a strong quality culture across the organization, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Engineering, NPI/R&D, Industrialization, Supply Project Execution, and Services teams to ensure quality is embedded from design through delivery and lifecycle support
