Joining LVMH Fashion Group means integrating into a dynamic environment where boldness, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit are valued Job responsibilities Main Responsibilities: HRIS Project Management: Lead and coordinate complex HRIS projects (implementation of new modules, system migration, process optimization, implementation of interfaces with third-party systems, etc.) for all Maisons of the Fashion Group

Support the deployment of Core HR for one of our Maisons. Participate actively in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions aimed at optimizing our HR processes. Contribute to a strategic project aimed at implementing a budgeting tool

Define functional and technical requirements in collaboration with HR teams, business units, and solution providers. Establish and rigorously monitor schedules, budgets, and necessary resources. Facilitate steering committees and project committees and ensure transparent communication on project progress

Manage risks and alerts, and propose corrective action plans. Ensure functional and technical acceptance testing of implemented solutions. Manage and support an internal collaborator in carrying out their HRIS missions, this collaborator being responsible for piloting the HRIS run
