Link business needs with product development, optimize strategies with data and WeChat/WeCom expertise, and coordinate resources to deliver business results. Key Responsibilities Collect and validate real business needs from store teams
Design omnichannel products adapted to WeChat/WeCom ecosystem. Lead end-to-end product development and delivery. Track product performance and drive iteration based on feedback
Analyze business performance and implement improvement plans. Build data framework, define KPIs and turn insights into actions. Coordinate cross-team and external partners for smooth execution
Requirements Bachelor’s degree; retail/e-commerce/marketing preferred. Fluent English & Mandarin. 2-3 years luxury/international retail experience
Experience in omnichannel rollout or product development. Hands-on WeChat & WeCom product operation knowledge. Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
