<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><span><b>Activities & Responsibilities</b><br />• Perform timely and accurate preventive maintenance on medical equipment.<br />• Troubleshoot, service, corrective maintenance and install equipment of basic complexity.<br />• Own customer issues from dispatch or identification to resolution.<br />• Proactively engage with team members to ensure appropriate solutions for customers.<br />• Capture and maintain accurate work documentation, including debriefing, ordering parts, and metrics.<br />• Ensure strict compliance with EHS and regulatory guidelines.<br />• Partner with customers and/or sales teams to recommend value-added services.<br />• Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.<br />• Escalate problems to experienced Field Engineers when necessary.<br />• Perform all administrative tasks in a timely manner.<br />• Occasionally provide application training to clinical or scientific staff on designated equipment.<br /><b>Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills</b><br />• Associate degree in a related field or fresh engineering graduate (less than 2 years of experience).<br />• Proficient in one modality, enabling performance of all related tasks.<br />• Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office suite.<br />• Trained and updated in all mandatory trainings.<br />• Good knowledge of processes and tools related to the role.<br />• Good verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.<br />• English: Read, understand, and hold conversations.<br />• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to support data analysis and create structured<br />presentations under guidance.<br />• Willingness to learn and use digital tools to interpret performance data and communicate f
