<h1><b>Job Description Summary</b></h1>This is a high-impact leadership role within the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) segment of GE HealthCare. The Global Digital Strategy & Projects Lead is responsible for architecting and executing our end-to-end global upstream digital strategy. As a visionary digital pioneer, you will lead the evolution of our Martech ecosystem and serve as the central point person for complex digital projects that bridge the gap between innovation and customer experience.<br><br>Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Marketing, this leader will drive digital transformation by applying systems and design thinking to create a seamless, data-driven journey for our global audiences

Digital Strategy & Martech Leadership</span></b></p><ul><li><b><span>Martech Stack Strategy:</span></b><span> Develop and own the global Martech stack strategy, ensuring tools (such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Adobe) are integrated to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact.</span></li><li><b><span>Upstream Digital Strategy:</span></b><span> Build and execute a comprehensive end-to-end upstream digital strategy that aligns with long-term business goals and NPI (New Product Introduction) roadmaps.</span></li><li><b><span>Systems & Design Thinking:</span></b><span> Apply systems thinking to ensure digital initiatives are interconnected and design thinking to keep the user at the center of every digital solution.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>2.
