You will contribute directly to ASML’s mission by designing scalable, automated and future-proof service accounting flows that support global growth. In this role, you will work on the foundation in SAP S/4HANA and the finance data model, ensuring our systems and processes keep pace with ASML’s fast-expanding business
Role and responsibilities As a Finance business process expert, you act as the hands-on specialist who defines, builds and improves finance processes with a strong focus on service accounting. You take ownership, lead decisions and collaborate closely with finance, IT and architecture teams to ensure successful transformation. Your responsibilities include: Design and build end-to-end finance processes for SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on service accounting, encompassing the financial integration of service orders and service contracts with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Sales and Distribution (SD)
Drive improvements in performance management using best practices in processes, data structures and technology. Work with finance teams, business process owners and business and IT architects to translate business needs into system designs. Lead and support adoption of new processes by explaining, testing and validating solutions with end users
Embed internal controls in process designs and support automation initiatives. Ensure alignment between finance processes, master data and the finance data model. Contribute expert knowledge during ERP migration activities and help shape future standards
Education and experience You bring a strong background in finance operations, service accounting and SAP-based process design. You have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in finance process design, service accounting or financ
