Key Responsibilities Develop and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Implement structured training programs and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. Manage semiconductor facility mechanical and process systems, including Cleanroom HVAC, Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Recirculation Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Exhaust, Compressed Air, Process Vacuum, and General HVAC. Oversee the design, construction, commissioning, and optimization of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency

Review build drawings, specifications, and NavisWorks 3D models for accuracy, functionality, maintainability, and constructability. Drive innovation through energy-saving initiatives, system optimization, and predictive maintenance strategies. Analyze system designs to identify improvements for better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings

Incorporate lessons learned from other sites into design and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards for quality and operational excellence. Champion TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime

Conduct risk assessments and apply best practices to eliminate single points of failure and enhance system reliability. Support regulatory audits and maintain documentation for compliance. Lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with corporate standards
