Key Responsibilities / 主要職責 Monitor and operate HVAC systems for semiconductor cleanrooms and facility areas to ensure stable environmental conditions for production, including Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Recirculation Air, Exhaust, CDA (Clean Dry Air), PV (Process Vacuum), and General HVAC systems

監控並操作半導體無塵室及廠務區域的空調系統，確保生產環境穩定，涵蓋冷凍水、熱水、新風、循環風、排氣、CDA（潔淨乾燥空氣）、PV（製程真空）及一般空調系統。 Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for HVAC equipment such as AHUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems. 執行空調設備的例行檢查、預防保養及故障排除，包含空調箱、冰水機、泵浦、冷卻水塔及控制系統。 Respond promptly to HVAC alarms and emergencies to minimize impact on production and environmental conditions. 迅速應對空調警報及緊急狀況，確保對生產及環境條件的影響降至最低。 Support commissioning and start-up activities for new HVAC installations and system upgrades

協助新空調設備安裝及系統升級的試車與啟動作業。 Maintain accurate logs and reports of HVAC system status, incidents, and maintenance activities. 維護空調系統狀態、事件及維護活動的準確紀錄與報告。 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve temperature, humidity, and airflow issues and implement corrective actions. 與跨部門團隊合作，解決溫度、濕度及風量問題並執行改善措施。 Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and site-specific safety and operational standards
