Includes the creation, development, design and improvement of semiconductor R&D cleanroom and manufacturing facilities as well as office building infrustructure, services, standards and procedures in all facilities engineering disciplines. ## Position Responsibilities Responsible for Taiwan Technology Center gas and chemical infrastructure systems. Key systems include: Bulk Gas Yard (N2, O2, Ar, He, H2 etc.), Gas & Chemical equipment (Gas cabinet, VMB, Liquid Delivery Cabinet etc.), Waste Water System, Main Wet Scrubber system, Ultra-Pure Water System Gas & Chemical systems core responsibilities include, but not limited to: \- Design, develop, and modify gas and chemical systems \- Review and evaluate new gases and chemicals, including stability and reactivity assessments \- Review equipment specifications and oversee installation for gas/chemical-related systems \- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and apply them at the site level \- Develop, create, and update SOPs for gas and chemical operations \- Analyze system issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions \- Conduct design reviews for gas and chemical applications in new tools and equipment \- Manage capital and expense projects related to gas and chemical systems \- Maintain load/capacity reports and forecast gas/chemical usage and infrastructure load growth \- Drive system improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and uptime \- Create
