Through technical development and continuous improvement we solve difficult analysis problems and leverage effeciences to increase our throughput and reduce our time to data. ## The impact you’ll make The major responsibility is to prepare STEM samples using FEI/ThermoFisher Helios dual beam FIB-SEM tools using ifast and AutoTEM software in an autonomy focused workflow. Primary responsibility for this position is the preparation and imaging of samples in the Scanning Tranmission Electron Microscopy (STEM) using Thermofisher Helios systems
Additional responsibilities may include FIB-SEM analysis, EDS, and Critical Dimension SEM. ## What you’ll do * Perform testing, check‑out, and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, descriptions, layouts, or defined test plans. * Test and troubleshoot system‑level and component‑level issues in electrical and mechanical systems and sub‑systems
* Inspect materials, components, or products for surface defects and measure circuitry using electronic test equipment, precision measuring instruments, microscopes, and standard procedures. * Conduct operational testing and fault isolation on systems and equipment to help determine effective methods to remedy malfunctions. * Use test and diagnostic equipment, including test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus
* Collaborate with development engineers in creating, designing, testing, and troubleshooting prototypes and models. ## Who we’re looking for * 0-2 years of experience with a BS degree in a
