As strategic planners, we are responsible to own and run the assessment and the planning of securing GQ Ops resources: the required budget, capacity, and headcount, using engineering skills. Constantly be aware of both the product roadmap and the operation needs to suggest and coordinate the best path forward plan with relevant partners in the execution team as well as the management team. Be a fast learner in understanding operation metrics, indices, and process to translate the operations needs for long term two-to-three-year plan

We identify risk to the strategic plan early and discuss with key partners for the most optional mitigation and preventive plan. We need to be quickly familiar with the detail business process on how to secure the required said resources.
