Job Description Summary Reporting to the A&C Senior Product Manager – Marine Automation, the DP product manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the DP business strategy for Power Conversion through the identification of growth opportunities, platform convergence, new technologies, partnerships and lifecycle planning. The Dynamic Positioning Product Manager plays an important role in the product lifecycle process and is responsible for ensuring the overall structure of the complete DP solution meets the demands of high availability systems while ensuring they are easy to use, efficient to configure, resilient and cyber secure. The product manager has experience in marine automation area and has experience of contributing to the design and direction of DP systems

Job Description In this role you will focus on : Product Strategy & Roadmap Understand DP trends in Navy, Offshore & Merchant and identify growth opportunities . Develop and maintain the DP product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends. Identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation

Define and implement the Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP), working closely with the business teams. Market & Customer Insights Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer requirements and emerging technologies. Engage with key stakeholders, including shipowners, operators, and classification societies

Develop customer connections through presenting papers, attending trade shows and key customer visits, focused on what problems our customers want us to solve. Use customer and market feedback to produce lifecycle strategies and develop value propositions. Product Management & Development Manage product portfolio, and ensure a competitive position and product vitality

Deliver product and solution developments to meet strategic, lifecycle and project requirements. Work with product and program engineering manager to build a
