Overview / Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple project delivery for Global Construction projects for South Asia region and from time to time supporting other projects / regions as required

Reporting to the Senior Director for Global Facilities and Construction to ensure that projects are successfully and safely delivered on time and within budget, managing change and assessing the operational and financial risks for proposed construction project plans and process for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project management tasks. Ability to multitask, possessing sound leadership, mentoring and communication skills in order to prioritize projects according to urgency or internal client demands, and effectively delegate tasks to project managers and team members. Development of relationships with internal and external customers and organizations Responsibilities Fully responsible for the management of multiple projects based at a Micron Facility

Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion Report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion, escalating deviations that may adversely impact the project outcome. Responsible for the safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution between engineering and construction discipline.
