Ensure product portfolio prioritization within a division and align budget. Track and adjust OPEX (operating expense) spending in alignment with project plans and spending targets. Ensure that AOP, financial and product objectives are met
Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement within the BU Manage and drive division COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans and ePLCs to deliver GM (gross margin), lead-time and cycle time
