You will be leading the Quality Department in Lam Manufacturing Malaysia, which is part of a Global Manufacturing Operations. ## The impact you’ll make * We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Quality Assurance Director to lead our global Quality team. * This is a critical leadership role with direct impact on our product reliability, customer satisfaction, and market reputation
* You will be responsible for the entire quality ecosystem, from daily sustaining activities and urgent customer issues to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our world-class Quality Management System (QMS). * You will champion a culture of quality first throughout the organization, ensuring that our products meet the extreme standards of the semiconductor industry. ## What you’ll do * The Factory Quality Director is the department head to oversee the activities of the Quality assurance from development, implementation and maintenance of Quality related systems and processes for the organizations products
