This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in compliance and risk management to support the team's operational and strategic goals.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li>Provide independent oversight of compliance within Hybrid Cloud and Intelligent Operations, including consultation with product managers and/or product engineers on best practices and performing independent review of findings.</li><li>Act as a liaison between internal teams and external regulators, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of compliance-related matters.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and monitoring to identify potential compliance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends, create reports for senior management, and maintain documentation related to compliance activities.</li><li>Ensure company operations, policies, and procedures conform to government and industry standards.</li><li>Perform control effectiveness testing, conduct regular audits, and validate remediation of identified issues.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of control frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams t
