As a member of our team, you will support our high-net-worth clients by fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

In this fast-paced and challenging environment, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their professionals, handling inquiries, providing outstanding service, and assisting in the overall management of client accounts. The work arrangement is fully on-site at our Place Ville Marie office.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li>Deliver exceptional client service by handling incoming calls, emails, and requests in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner.</li><li>Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to provide seamless operational and administrative support, ensuring the efficient management of client accounts.</li><li>Assist in preparing client reviews, reports, and other key deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients and internal/external partners, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.</li><
