The Associate will work closely with field leadership, service and support areas within RBC’s Private Client Group to ensure a coordinated effort for investment banking opportunities originated within RBCWM.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do? </b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Investment Banking Solutions team members to create a first-class field experience through preparing education and marketing materials, running and analyzing reports, and managing metrics for management.</li><li>Support Financial Advisors (FA) and clients through the origination and servicing process when utilizing Investment Banking Solutions</li><li>Product and Platform Enhancement – Gather feedback from the field and team members on enhancements to the platform and service model to improve efficiencies and create a better client-advisor experience</li><li>Design and publish a quarterly newsletter about Investment Banking Solutions</li><li>Weekly recaps of IB Solutions travel, meetings, bake-offs, mandates, etc…</li><li>Analysis of who attended meetings and events (by Complex, by Branch, by Level) and provide follow-up</li><li>Maintain a tracker for cross referencing during branches visits</li><li>Maintain and update INFONET content</li><li>Create and maintain addition
