You'll provide dedicated support in underwriting annual reviews and managing credit relationships for our largest and most complex clients in Halifax, <span>Atlantic Region.</span> Working with high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated business structures, you'll help develop tailored lending solutions, secure risk approvals, and manage loan fulfillment through closing.</p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Conduct annual credit reviews of complex borrowing relationships within the Private Banking wholesale portfolio</p></li><li><p>Partner with Private Bankers and credit team members to gather information for annual reviews and new credit transactions</p></li><li><p>Perform comprehensive financial analysis of borrowers and guarantors on large, complex transactions</p></li><li><p>Structure credit solutions for personal holding companies, professional corporations, and trusts</p></li><li><p>Conduct securities and portfolio analysis</p></li><li><p>Coach and mentor junior credit team members</p></li><li><p>Identify process improvements and contribute to special projects</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Need to Succeed</b></p><p><b>Must Have</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven lending experience in retail, commercial, or capital markets</p></li><li><p>Strong capability analyzing complex financial statements</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills</p></li><li><p>Univers
