The Clay, New York site will broaden domestic memory supply, generate nearly 50,000 jobs in New York, and be the largest private investment in the state's history. This candidate will collaborate closely with and deliver legal support to Micron’s Global Operations Team, including senior leadership from Micron’s Construction, Front-End Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, Government Affairs, and Global Communications Teams. This position is based in Syracuse, New York. Join us and play a part in advancing US semiconductor manufacturing! Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted business partner to Micron’s Global Operations Team, providing strategic and practical legal advice and solutions to Micron’s Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Front-End Operations, Finance, Tax, Sustainability, Environmental Health & Safety, Government Affairs, and Global Communications Teams to support the construction, development, and operation of Micron’s historic semiconductor fabrication facility. Partner with Micron’s Government Affairs Team (and other key stakeholders from Micron’s Global Operations Team) to ensure the project construction, development, and operations are aligned with the goals of the CHIPS and Science Act and other federal, state, and local requirements
