About this role
## What you'll do * Navigate computer-based work instructions to install parts and hardware using hand tools and fixtures if needed; on wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) in a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment. * Effectively use hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment and fixtures to assemble WFE * Read and navigate work instructions and schematics * Work in teams to ensure workflow and production schedule is maintained * Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities including rework requirements and pilot build projects * Complete required trainings and certifications for processes, procedures and equipment * Ensure the correct parts were delivered and perform visual inspection of components prior to installation * Assist with audits through visual inspection and verifying checklists * Close assigned tasks by verifying work was completed, verify Cell Fusion was completed, and signing off and giving a description of what was done * Install parts and hardware correctly by following Cell Fusion instructions and using hand tools and fixtures if needed; verifies Cell Fusion completion * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Consistently exhibit behaviors that aligns with Lam’s core values ## Other Responsibilites Safety Protocol: * Complete all required safety training * Follow safe work practices by lifting no more than 35 pounds, using ergonomic pads, stretching when needed, etc. * Adhere to personal and product safety guidelines by: * * utilizing appropriate PPE following clean room procedures * following Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST) * utilizing fixtures (lift hoists, lift track, gantry cranes, lifting tool) to aid in the assembly of tools * Perform Risk Management By Walking Around (RMBWA) inspections and document, correct and/or escalate safety issues/hazards to appropriate individuals/departments * Supports safe work environment by responding directly an
