Job Description Summary The Aeroderivative Services Engineering LMS100 Package Lead is responsible for leading engineering support activities for the LMS100 package across the aeroderivative installed base. This role is accountable for driving improvements in fleet performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability, while serving as the primary technical support focal point for package and balance-of-plant (BOP) related issues. In this role, you will build strong cross-functional partnerships across engineering, operations, project management, commercial, sales, field service, sourcing, and quality to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver business results
The ideal candidate brings deep aeroderivative product expertise, a proven ability to lead through influence, and the sound judgment needed to balance technical, operational, and business priorities effectively. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead the operating rhythm for the ASE Package Services platform, driving a strong quality mindset, lean principles, and continuous improvement across team activities. Serve as the lead focal point for technical escalation within the ASE engineering team for LMS100 Package products
Provide guidance and support for customer issue resolution, field event investigations, technical bulletin development, manufacturing support, repair strategies, and root cause analysis. Champion and sustain a strong culture of safety across the team. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment with a strong One Team mindset
Review and approve technical communications prior to customer release. Participate in the Product Control Board and support TG1 planning for package-related field opportunities. Act as a key technical interface with customers, insurers, consultants, and internal commercial and customer-facing teams
