Job Details: Job Description: As a working student in the Customer Hardware/Software Enabling team, you will gain hands-on experience with latest Intel products and build your knowledge and skills towards being a technical expert, consultant and presenter. In this role, you will support customers integrating cutting edge computing into their upcoming embedded and industrial products. You'll debug complex HW/SW interactions, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering teams across software, silicon, and system domains
You will work for the Edge Customer Engineering Division in the Silicon and Platform Engineering Group (SPE) and will be part of a global team of Customer Enabling Engineers representing customer requirements across divisions within the company to define future products. The position offers a great opportunity to learn new technical skills, build relations within Intel and great exposure to embedded industry. What will you do: You will support Customer Enabling engagements by: • Responding to customer support queries • Reproducing and debugging customer issues using Intel reference design boards • Present complex issues internally and externally • Creating test automation and remote test setups • Resolving technical problems and customer issues by research, debug and coordination with others • Managing lab inventory Qualifications: What we are looking for: A student enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or similar domains, having following skillset/experience You must have: • Motivation to work on challenging customer issues, using HW/SW debugging tools and measurement equipment • Basic knowledge of X86 computer architecture • Basic understanding of microcontroller or CPU Boot Process • Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and PCB board files • Proficient in English language • Ability to collaborate with the team • Ability to work independently and be accountable for assigned t
