Responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of Website, Search and D2C teams across projects. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the Nestlé corporate/brand websites, ensuring consistency, high-quality standards across the websites, website and content optimization. Supervisor is responsible for operationalizing Website and SEO strategy and recommendations, training other Web and Search Specialists in order to build an extensive Search capabilities in the team
Leveraging BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CMS Softwares. Supervisor must ensure his team delivers monitoring and tracking of the websites performance and provides recommendations to brand managers, local digital agencies, etc. In addition, Supervisor will be involved in larger Website & Search projects like the migration of several websites, piloting and implementation of new services, etc
