Progress starts with you. Job Description The Customer Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving the growth of new Visa Pay customers through both direct and bank-led acquisition channels. This role focuses on designing and executing scalable acquisition strategies across multiple channels, geographies, customer segments, and partner ecosystems

The position manages frontline acquisition teams and external agencies, ensuring performance against volume, quality, and cost targets. It also plays a key role in establishing and optimizing acquisition playbooks with banking partners, including branches and relationship managers. Close collaboration with marketing and activation teams is essential to align lead generation, onboarding, and post-acquisition engagement

The role also provides market insights to enhance product positioning, messaging, and channel effectiveness. Essential Functions: Develop and execute customer acquisition plans by channel, geography, segment, and partner Manage direct acquisition teams and/or agencies to achieve volume, quality, and CAC targets Design and implement bank-led acquisition playbooks with issuer partners, branches, and relationship managers Ensure high onboarding quality, including enrollment completion, KYC compliance, and qualified customer handoff Track and optimize key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, channel productivity, and funnel leakage Reallocate resources and adjust stra
