This role will shape and drive the people agenda for one of Visa’s most important and dynamic regions, translating business strategy into talent, organization, and leadership priorities that enable growth, transformation, and operational excellence at scale

The VP, People Business Partner brings deep business acumen, strong organizational effectiveness expertise, and a modern, data- and AI-informed approach to workforce and talent strategy. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this leader will influence decisions across organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession, engagement, and change, while ensuring strong execution of core People processes with consistency, rigor, and fairness.
