Progress starts with you. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and analytical US Benefits Analyst to join our global and centralized People Solutions Team Benefits Operations. In this role you will support the operational execution of employee benefits programs across the organization
You will focus on data accuracy process improvement vendor management and regulatory compliance. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys problem solving collaboration and operational delivery. Your primary region of responsibility will be North America however you will also support benefits operations across other regions as part of a global centralized operating model
Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for day to day operations of health welfare and retirement benefit plans supporting employees and internal partners with operational queries and escalations. Analyze audit and reconcile benefits data across systems including HRIS benefits platforms and vendor systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues and service disruptions
Ensure compliance with applicable federal state and local regulations including ERISA HIPAA and ACA. Identify trends and process inefficiencies and recommend and implement process improvements including automation opportunities. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures workflows and process
