Optum Care Washington (formerly The Everett Clinic) is hiring a Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a collegial outpatient urology team in Arlington, WA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. This is a general urology role caring for adult patients of all sexes, supported by Epic with DAX AI, 1:1 MA support, and a collaborative group of urologists and APC peers
The role offers flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek option, with no call. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide outpatient evaluation and management for general urology conditions such as LUTS and BPH, OAB and incontinence, recurrent UTIs, hematuria evaluation, kidney stone follow-up, and men's health concerns. * Order and interpret labs and imaging, develop treatment plans, prescribe as appropriate, and coordinate care with urologists and other specialties
