Job Description: Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting. A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting

Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills. Key Accountabilities: Manage payroll input according to deadlines Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary Ensure adherence to payroll regulations Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training: Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting 8+ years of related experience Journal creation and account reconciliation Corporate finance experience Payroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approval Payroll Benefit knowledge Accuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitasking Communication skills Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements
