Join us! Job Description: US Payments turns technology shifts into scalable, controlled treasury solutions for clients across segments and industries. This role sits with the US Real-Time Payments (RTP) Product team at the intersection of data, risk, and commercial strategy—helping us make faster, better decisions with clear evidence. We are looking for a highly self-managing analyst who thrives on detailed analytical work, builds durable routines, and is energized by operating in a regulated, high-stakes environment (RTP, Digital Disbursements, Recipient Select, Pay by Bank, ACH, Account Validation, Check Disbursements, and beyond)

Responsibilities: - Own a repeatable competitive and market monitoring cadence for B2B and B2C payments (RTP and adjacent rails), combining external research with internal partner inputs (Emerging Payments, Retail, Card, Trade, GWIM, Markets, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology) and data analytics. - Translate findings into crisp, executive-ready visual insights: where we are winning/losin
