The Role As a Transition Expert, Develop and execute transition and change management plans for project handover. Ensure seamless migration of services, systems, and knowledge to government teams
Establish governance processes for post-transition sustainability. Conduct training, workshops, and documentation for smooth handover. Identify transition risks and mitigation strategies
