Ensure the execution of in class / online / field follow up, through the excellent preparation & maintenance. Training report, collect all channels training feedback, post evaluation, follow up the in-house training to the field, to monitor roll-out status
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION To collect all channels feedback regarding in class and field coaching to improve training results. make monthly training report, for each direct CA and top indirect CA. Monitor and evaluate the service/link sales/new products performance of CA to ensure continuous improvement Manage resources efficiently to maximize the impact of training initiatives, for all channels
including training set up, documentation, etc. training materials maintenance, such as training gift, and digital materials updates. PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND 3+ years retail experience, especially sales driven Strong retail management skills, sales skills Great in coaching and communication skills Self-driven, good learning agility and be responsible Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interest in fragrance/ retail industry and willing to work under pressure
