Our Thin Film Process department is an ambitious and dynamic group dedicated to delivering outstanding results through innovative technology and proven methodologies. As the Thin Film Process Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated engineers in Taiwan to develop and perfect thin film deposition processes

Your role will be crucial in driving flawless production and ensuring our products compete successfully in the global market. Develop, optimize, and coordinate thin film deposition processes to achieve outstanding product quality and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of thin film processes into overall manufacturing workflows. Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement necessary changes
